Welcome to AutoFlowLearn! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, digital products (tools, courses), and any content provided by AutoFlowLearn ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

  1. Registration: To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  3. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use our Service.

3. Digital Products (Tools & Courses)

  1. License: Upon successful payment for a digital tool or course, AutoFlowLearn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased product for your personal or internal business use, as explicitly defined for each product.
  2. Restrictions: You agree not to:
    • Resell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease, lend, or transfer the digital product to any third party.
    • Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the digital product.
    • Use the digital product for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose.
    • Share course access links, tool credentials, usernames, or passwords with others.
  3. Free Tools/Courses: Free tools/courses are provided under the same terms, but no payment is required. The download and usage are for personal/internal business use only and sharing of files is prohibited.
  4. Updates: We may provide updates to tools or courses from time to time. These updates are subject to these same Terms.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  1. Pricing: All prices for tools and courses are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  2. Payment Process: For paid products, you must complete the payment process as outlined on our website (e.g., bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, crypto). Access to the digital product will be granted only after successful payment verification by our team, which may require you to upload a payment screenshot.
  3. Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our paid tools and courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be entertained. Please contact support@autoflowlearn.xyz for refund inquiries.
  4. Cancellations: Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be "cancelled" in the traditional sense, but the refund policy applies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AutoFlowLearn and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AutoFlowLearn.

All digital products (tools, courses, videos, documentation, code) are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display is strictly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, including:

  • Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems.
  • Transmitting any harmful code, viruses, or other destructive files.
  • Posting or transmitting any content that is offensive, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

AutoFlowLearn does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoFlowLearn, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
